The free plan supports mobile devices that can be used as proxies.
It seems from the connection status that the VPN tunnel was not created successfully which is why the connection was not established properly.
To resolve this please go to the home screen of the phone press and hold the “Proxidize Android Agent app” until a list shows up >> App info or icon “ⓘ” >> Force Stop >> Connect the app again.
You should be able to see the VPN prompt once you reconnect the Application as shown below:
The" VPN tunnel" connection status will show up as green as well.
Please try this approach and let me know how it goes!
Hello @Nevep, The phone should be working now,
All you need to do is restart the application, ensure the Wifi is turned off and only keep mobile data enabled.

Please provide me with the Android version on these mobile devices and an image of the side menu showing the red indicator on the VPN tunnel.
Additionally, can you confirm that you are able to browse the internet with mobile data only enabled on the phones?

I’m having this exact same problem. I’ve tried reinstalling the app, I’ve tried forcing stop, but whenever I open the app I’m not getting any VPN connection prompt.
I can click connect to where it says connected, but the connection status shows VPN tunnel as red.
Wifi is disabled during all of this and websites are working etc.
The Proxidise android agent is v0.10.3 - I’m using a Samsung Galaxy A21s, android version 12. I don’t see any VPN connection status in the bar at the top either. Any help appreciated
