How to remote into old Proxidize hardware / or restart it

Is there a way to remote into the old Proxidize hardware?

Sometimes it goes offline and I need to restart it.

Or is there a way to have the whole server restart without having to unplug and plug it back in?

The issue is sometimes I’m out of the office when this happens and I can’t physically unplug/plug back in to hard boot it.

Hey @rocketmarketing, to better assist you, could you please let us know what you’re referring to by “remote into the hardware”? Are you looking to access the server via SSH?

Also, if you could please fill out this form in order to further investigate why the server is going offline in the first place.
