Why my device has onboarded under another account

has anyone know my device has onboarded under another account? never connect/use before

Could you please try re-onboarding the phone using a different Nickname? We recommend making the Nickname a bit more complex, for example, try “tecno-trigger”.

I have tried several names, like tecno-fox, tecno-tech, tecno-phone, nothing changes the error, was it like my device has already paired? didn’t see any device on dashboard

We’ve taken a look at your account and found that you have another email associated with Proxidize, it is possible that this phone was onboarded before, and hasn’t been off-boarded properly.

We suggest finding the original account, logging into the dashboard, and offboarding the phone properly from there to proceed.
