Rotation URL doesent work

Hi, im trying to change IP by rotation URL or doing it manually by IP actions → Change IP, but its not changing at all, when i try to do that by IP actions then i just get timeout and IP is still the same. I also tried to just setup this thing with automate rotation every 1 minute, but its also doesent work for some reason.
Can anyone help me?

Hi, thanks for reaching out. Could you let me know how you’re currently using Proxidize? Are you building your own proxy with Android or Linux agents, or did you purchase a dedicated mobile proxy? Also, please try enabling account assumption by following this guide: Account Assumption Guide. This will help us diagnose the issue further.

Well im using one phone with new sim card yes. Im trying to use proxidize to build some social media accounts, with my own mobile proxies.
But as i said, when i try to rotate IP’s its just simply doesent work, IP stays the same, no matter in what way im trying to change it.

Could you please provide us with an image of the side menu from your Proxidize Android Agent application? You can find it within the app, and it will display red/green indicators behind each requirement.

It’s still not working and dont change IP when i use rotation url?

Rotating IP via api doesn’t work for me either.
How can I fix this

So when are you planning to fix this, you said its gonna be fixed on the next day, its already 10 days and all what i got is just ignoring my issue:)

While the application is connected and on the side menu, can you please confirm the color of the indicators behind each requirement?
Also, does calling the rotating manually from the dashboard work?

I wanted to add the following steps that you can implement on your devices Let me know if this works for you!
Go to the home screen of the phone, press and hold the “Proxidize Android Agent app” until a list shows up >> App info or icon “ⓘ” >> Battery usage >> check “Allow background activity” as shown in the screenshots below, then make sure that the application is connected and test the rotation again
