Proxy Tunnel Not Working – No VPN Prompt or Connection

I’m having trouble getting proxy tunneling to work.

I saw on the forum that force-stopping and restarting the app can fix the issue, but that hasn’t worked for me.

Even after reinstalling the app or force-stopping and restarting it, the proxy setup prompt never appears, and nothing shows up under the VPN section in Android settings.

Has anyone experienced this or know how to resolve it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The VPN prompt finally appeared when I opened the app later, and the problem is resolved now.

The VPN Tunnel indicator in the app shows green, but it doesn’t seem to be actually working.
In the dashboard under Endpoints, the IPv4 Proxies field shows my phone’s IP address, but the indicator is red.
Is there any way to fix this?

Could you please provide the following details so we can further investigate the issue:

  • The Android version and device model you’re using
  • Whether there are any third-party VPN or proxy apps currently installed on the device
  • If you’re using the latest version of the app from the Play Store (v1.0.0)
  • Whether Wi-Fi is enabled on the device
  • If you have sufficient mobile data:
    • Please ensure that mobile data is enabled and wifi is disabled
    • Run a speed test using the phone’s browser (with only mobile data enabled)
    • Share the speed test results with us

device model: Redmi Note 13
latest version of the app: v1.0.0

Mobile data is sufficient, and I’ve tried turning Wi-Fi off and on, but the result is the same — it still doesn’t work.

My current connection speed is around 7 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.
