Hello all. I am just curious as to what the difference is between a proxy and a VPN. At thier core, they seem to be the same thing but i know there is something Iam missing
it just depends on what you want to do, really. VPNs have better security and are more general for the internet itself. but proxies are much faster and more direct to website tasks like scraping
theyre more or less the same but there are differences that make one better than the other, just depends what you wanna do
I was wondering if I can use both at the same time to ensure I am fully protected and hidden. Would anyone happen to know if this is a good idea?
I mean you def can use them both but itll slow down your processes so it might be best to like figure out which one works best for what you wanna do
