The proxy server is broken, I can no longer connect via my phone even though I have internet.

Try disconnecting the reconnecting again, if that doesn’t work, you need to force stop the app. There’s an issue with the app causing random disconnects that we’re pushing a fix for in 48 hours.
I’ve already done this several times, and it still doesn’t work.
We’ll need more info.
- What does the app say on it’s home page? Connected?
- What do the indicators on the side menu show?
- What is the proxy error you’re seeing? Is it proxy refusing connection or timeout?
- What are your phone model and Android version?
With this info we can pinpoint the root cause and provide a solution.
I use this APK on Bluestacks and my Galaxy Tab Active2 (SM-T395) tablet every day.
I open the application, I have the network (I can access an internet page so no problems at this level), and I click “connect”.
Systematically I get the message “Connecting to proxy server” and then “No connected. Restart app and connect again”.
So with all due respect, I strongly believe that the problem is not on my side.
What do the side menu indicators show? Assuming you’re on the latest beta version (v0.10.2), you should have a list of indicators under the left side menu.
I doubt the problem is on your side, I’m just trying to understand what’s happening so I can offer the best solution.
We haven’t tested much with emulators, but assuming they’ll behave like normal phones, a reboot and reconnect should fix the issue.
What indicators? I don’t understand, I use the Proxidize APK (and therefore the latest release).
For Bluestacks I have restarted twice already, the problem persists.
Can you ping the support over the live chat on the website or dashboard? It’ll be easier for the team to explain this to you there.
The app has an indicator on the left menu showing the different subsystems in the app and whether they’re working as expected or not. The support team can provide you with a screenshot to explain further.
