Problem with DNS Settings

I use Proxidize on an Android system so that I can later establish a proxy connection from another phone with superproxy and from a PCs with proxifier/Antidetect Browser. The Problem is when I connect to the proxy I see the DNS Server are in an another country. In my case, the proxy is in Germany and the DNS server is in the Netherlands. I can use the German DNS servers from Google or Cloudflare but I can want to use the DNS servers from my Sim card. Are there any Settings youvcan provide or Help mit with it.

Hello @KaRiSch, thank you for the detailed description.

The country flag in the picture refers to the country in which the Google DNS server is located, and this is due to the internal routing of the scattered DNS servers that Google possesses. This is not a “DNS leak” where your proxy client DNS is being leaked to web servers, this is the default DNS for the proxies. We chose Google’s DNS as it’s one of the most populate and reliable DNS servers and using it will never raise any flags.

It is not currently possible to change the DNS server on the Android Agent, however, it’s being worked on. You can track the feature status in our roadmap over on https://roadmap.proxidize.com/ where it’s called “Custom DNS on Android”.
