No license key

bought a subscription, it says its in the subscription tab, but only order number/invoice is in there and there’s no license key

Hey @rhygo123, The dashboard will automatically update to reflect your subscription status once you have downloaded it to your server and onboarded the server to the cloud platform while logged into your account at app.proxidize.com. This means you will not need to manually enter any keys.

i connected the server to my monitor and nothing happens, how do i connect it to an external monitor

Apologies for the delayed response. can you please let me know what you see when you connect the server to the monitor? Are you prompted to the login screen or does the monitor not recognize the server?
As there will be a few different approaches on how to tackle this, the server may not be connected properly, or the monitor is not working.
