Hi, so basically, i bought my equipment back Before the free to use package was available, And when I had originally bought it, proxidize connected with me in a onboarding video call.. In that video call, they help me tried to set it up and then use the free package but it wasn’t available or working.

From that we had disconnected, And today is the day I want to crossover into premium. And I want my equipment set up if you guys could help me with that.. I’m not at all familiar with linux which is why I need help, There was file changes that was made directory changes that were made, folder changes that were made. I’m not sure if I should do a Linux reinstallation on the server or not. That’ll be up to you guys. But yes, I’m happy to be purchasing premium with you guys. And if you guys could help me get started that would be great.

I think the best way is you schedule a meeting so we can assist you over a call since it is much better. Make sure you have the server connected to a monitor and a keyboard in case we may need to access it directly via teamviewer.

Yup! Thatll be perfect and greatly appreciated if that can be done that way! I will go and schedule it that way. I will have everything hooked up and set up on a desk all neatly and ready!
