My proxy is offline

Hello! I’m using the free version of the mobile application, I configured everything correctly, the proxy is online on the dashboard and on the cell phone, but when I try to connect to the proxy through my multilogin it appears as offline.

Hi Gabriel, Thanks for letting us know about this issue. Can you please hit the enable account assumption checkmark on your account. You can do it by following the guide in this article: Account Assumption | Proxidize

Let me know when you have done this and give me some time to check and identify what is wrong and fix it for you!

Correct?

Yes, I was able to test your proxy Gabriel, and for me it is connecting correctly:

This means that the issue could be related to the multilogin configurations.

Can you test using a different proxy checker from your end? I recommend AdsPower, you can also try directly from firefox, or an extension like FoxyProxy.

Make sure you are using HTTP as the protocol, and that the network connection is not getting blocked by any firewall or VPN!

lol, it really worked on adspower, how do I make it work on gologin?

Try checking the gologin settings, make sure it is not getting blocked by anything, does it give you any error logs other than that message? We need more information to figure out whats wrong

This notification appears, and the problem is really only happening in gologin, because in adspower and firefox it worked perfectly. Help me!

Hi Gabriel, sure I’ll help you out, to ensure the proxy is set up correctly, could you please share a screenshot of how you’re entering the proxy details in Multilogin? Kindly cover the username and password for privacy.

Here are a few things to double-check:

  • Ensure you’re entering the proxy in the correct field:
    • Since this is an HTTP/HTTPS proxy, make sure you are using the HTTP field.
  • Double-check that the IP, port, username, and password are correct.
  • Check if you’re using the latest version of Multilogin, make sure it supports the proxy protocol you’re using.

If you’re unsure, I’m here to guide you through the process. Let me know once you’ve shared the details or if you need further assistance.

I configured it like this:

Are there any advanced settings? This looks good and should be working so, there must be something else that is misconfigured or causing the issues. Are you sure there aren’t any firewall or anything blocking the connection to the host?

Sorry but how can I check if the firewall is blocking the host?

When you did the tests with AdsPower, where you using the same device? If you did then there must not be any issues with Firewall and must be related to gologin settings

In gologin it is possible to access my profiles through the browser, and I noticed that the proxy works correctly this way. lol

Yes, I tested it on adspower using the same device, and it worked perfectly.

Then that confirms it is not a Firewall issue. If it works on your browser but not the Gologin client then it should be related to some advanced settings on the Gologin desktop client.

Can you try the following: replace the domain sae1.proxi.es with the IP 45.179.91.148 and test if it works this way?

Have you tried re-installing the desktop client?

Just confirming that in adspower the proxy is working perfectly:

I tested replacing the domain with the IP as you indicated and the problem persists. I also reinstalled the software, but the problem persists.

I contacted gologin support, who confirmed that the problem is with their software, as the support member performed some tests with my proxy and got the same problem on his local machine.
