After installing proxidize on Linux, can I connect my Android phone to the Linux host using a USB cable and then share the network with the Linux host as a proxy

You can use the Android Device as a proxy without a Linux server or USB cable, This can be done by installing the Proxidize Android Agent application on your mobile device and onboarding it as listed in the steps here:

Otherwise, feel free to use a USB modem with the Linux server instead!

Regarding the ongoing ticket in our live chat, we can see that you successfully installed the application on your device. This will enable you to set up the mobile device as a proxy without needing to connect it to the Linux server, as both can function independently. At the moment, we have no means of connecting the Android phone into a linux host as a modem.
