Hello All, Facing an issue where no matter how many times I restart my hardware (phone) I am not able to connect to the proxy itself, be that with HTTP or SOCKS5. THe phone connects through the Proxidize Android Agent just fine, and the speedtest within the dashboard shows speeds of around 12mbps, however whenever I use the credentials for the proxy, I am not met with any connection. Would appreciate any and all help.

Hello Tomas, thanks for bringing this to our attention, to troubleshoot this matter, do you mind confirming if you can see any VPN connection (the key icon) on the Android Agent? And if you can possibly provide us with a picture of the visual indicator of the side menu on the application as well.

Hello Tomas, we have investigated the issue and it should now be resolved, all you need to do is go to the home screen of the phone, press and hold the âProxidize Android Agent appâ until a list shows up then go to App info or this icon âââ and then Force Stop the application and connect the app again.

HI. I am now facing the issue that not only can I not connect, but upload speed is seeverly tanked compared to download speed. This renders the service unusable for me. Would appreciate some quick help.

Can you confirm if the proxy is working now and the first issue has been resolved?
If so, are the provided speeds the proxyâs speeds or the speedâs of your phone using the mobile network?
