What you’re seeing is normal behavior.
The IP shown on the dashboard is the proxy’s public exit IP. This is the IP that websites will see when traffic is sent through the proxy.
When you check the IP directly from your server or interface like IPinfo, you are bypassing the proxy, so it shows your server’s own outbound IP, which will be different.
To verify the proxy is working correctly, please test by sending traffic through the proxy, for example:
curl -x http://USER:PASS@PROXY:PORT https://api.ipify.org
This should return the same IP shown in the dashboard.
If it does, then everything is functioning as expected ![]()
